Third, fourth, and fifth grade students from Pines Elementary had the exciting opportunity to perform the National Anthem at Citi Field under the direction of music teacher Mrs. Wray-Dolgin.
After months of dedicated early morning rehearsals, the students delivered an outstanding performance, showcasing their talent and hard work before a crowd of baseball fans. Their voices filled the stadium with Pines pride as they represented their school and community in a truly memorable way.
The excitement continued throughout the evening as more than 500 tickets were sold to Pines families and friends, creating a sea of support in the stands as everyone cheered on the New York Mets together.
A special thank you to Mrs. Wray-Dolgin, Mr. Bullis, and all of the Pines families whose support helped make this incredible experience possible. Opportunities like these create lasting memories and allow our students to share their talents beyond the classroom while representing Pines with pride.
