College and Career Week

Pines Elementary students enjoyed an exciting and inspiring College and Career Week filled with creativity, curiosity, and future-focused fun. The week kicked off with College Exploration Day as classrooms used their “future binoculars” to take a closer look at the world of college, followed by a virtual tour of Franklin & Marshall College on Tuesday. Students also showed off their aspirations on Dress for Success Day, imagining who they want to become and proudly sharing their future goals.

The week continued with hands-on career learning during Career Exploration Day, where students cracked the code with Career Emoji Pictionary and used their detective skills to guess different professions. The celebration wrapped up with Career Day, as fourth- and fifth-grade students explored future pathways, while K–3 students participated in “Dream Visits” throughout the week—discovering that every interest can grow into an amazing career.
