50th Day

On Tuesday, November 18th, Pines Kindergarten students marked the 50th day of school with a fun-filled celebration inspired by the 1950s. Students and teachers dressed for the occasion in poodle skirts, white T-shirts, leather jackets, and other retro attire.

Throughout the day, students enjoyed a variety of themed activities, including learning how to use a hula hoop, creating a root beer float craft, and watching a video about what children did for fun in the 1950s. They also got to explore classic toys like Lincoln Logs, Barbie dolls, and Play-Doh.

It was a joyful milestone celebration—one that brought history to life and left everyone smiling.
