Pines Elementary School celebrated a truly special SRP Day on Tuesday, November 18th—an uplifting day dedicated to honoring the incredible School-Related Professionals who support students and staff every single day. The celebration included a delicious breakfast spread, an assortment of dips, chips, and lunch treats, heartfelt notes of appreciation, exciting raffle prizes, and—most importantly—an outpouring of LOVE from the entire Pines community.
This year, Pines proudly recognized three outstanding 2025 SRP Honorees: Bernadette Scotto Di Cesar, Glen Fruchter, and Linda Marx. Each honoree received a framed letter highlighting their remarkable contributions. A few heartfelt excerpts include:
Bernadette: “Bernadette is the most selfless and patient person I know. I have had the incredible honor of working with her for several years now. Her job is not easy, but she does it with a smile and a love for the children.”
Glen: “Glen is incredibly hardworking, kind, and patient. He has a remarkable ability to connect with all students, but his dedication truly shines in his work with those who need the most support! Glen has been a wonderful addition to our Pines family!”
Linda M.: “Linda, there is so much positivity in you and your patience is eternal. You have the best smile and heart, even when things may not be going so well. You always manage to be there for the kids in a positive manner, and you never waver in your devotion and commitment.”
A heartfelt thank-you goes out to all the Pines teachers for making the SRPs feel so appreciated, valued, and loved. Their dedication enriches the school community every day—and this celebration was a beautiful reminder of just how much they mean to Pines Elementary.
