Pines Elementary School students and staff proudly participated in the Hearts of Gold program in support of Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month. Each student and staff member received a paper heart, provided by the Whip Pediatric Cancer organization, to decorate and return with a suggested donation of $2.
The beautifully decorated hearts now fill the main hallway, symbolizing the kindness and compassion that define the Pines community. Together, they raised an incredible $969!
All proceeds will be donated to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center to help fund research toward finding a cure for pediatric cancer. 💛
A heartfelt thank you to everyone for your generosity and support!
