On Friday, December 19, some of our middle school accelerated algebra students competed in the first round of Algebra Wars. Students participated in a relay-style challenge, working as teams to solve complex algebra problems while racing against other groups.
The competition tested their problem-solving skills, teamwork, and mathematical thinking, all in a fun and engaging environment. Participants enjoyed the challenge, celebrated their successes, and shared a well-earned pizza lunch together.
We are already looking forward to the next round of Algebra Wars and can’t wait to see our students continue to shine in these exciting mathematical challenges!
