On Monday, March 23, 2026, Hauppauge High School celebrated the World Language Honor Society Induction Ceremony, recognizing outstanding students inducted into the French, German, and Spanish Honor Societies: Société Honoraire de Français, Deutsche Ehren Verbindung, and Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica.
The ceremony honored inductees whose achievements reflect not only strong academic performance, but also a commitment to language acquisition, cultural understanding, and global awareness. Their achievement reflects accomplishments in critical thinking and effective communication skills.
Students were welcomed into their respective societies under the guidance of their dedicated advisers: Madame Rigaud, Frau Cardi, and Señora Tiedemann, whose leadership continues to inspire excellence in language education.
The World Language Department extends its sincere congratulations to all inductees and thanks to the teachers whose dedication drives student achievement.
