Snowflakes

Students in the Science National Honor Society are getting into the holiday spirit in the most hands-on way! During their recent meeting, members experimented with the science and art of engineering three-dimensional snowflakes out of paper — all to transform the high school science hallway into a winter wonderland.

Using carefully measured folds, structured layers, and a bit of creativity, students crafted elaborate snowflakes that showcase both precision and imagination. And just like real snowflakes, no two creations are exactly alike. Each one reflects the unique process, decisions, and craftsmanship that went into bringing it to life.

What began as a simple seasonal project quickly turned into a beautiful blend of science, design, and holiday cheer. Thanks to these talented students, the science hallway is now filled with one-of-a-kind winter masterpieces that highlight both their skill and their festive spirit.
