The High School English Department brought literature to life this Halloween by transforming into beloved and iconic characters from classic novels such as Animal Farm, Of Mice and Men, and The Great Gatsby. The hallways were filled with creative costumes and literary excitement as students interacted with their teachers in a fun, curriculum-connected activity.
Each student received a BINGO board featuring the participating staff members and was challenged to collect signatures from every “character” they encountered. Once students achieved BINGO, they turned in their board for a prize.
The event not only celebrated the joy of reading but also strengthened connections between students and teachers, turning a festive day into an engaging and memorable extension of literary learning.
