Our fifth-grade students recently had an out-of-this-world learning adventure! Thanks to the generous fundraising efforts of the Bretton Woods PTA, each class had the opportunity to step inside the Star Lab, an inflatable planetarium that transformed their classroom experience into a journey across the night sky.
Once inside, students were fully immersed in a dome of stars, planets, and constellations—bringing to life the very concepts they’ve been studying in science. The Star Lab offered a unique, hands-on way to explore astronomy, helping students visualize the vastness of space while strengthening their understanding of celestial patterns and planetary movement.
This enriching experience not only reinforced classroom lessons but also sparked excitement and curiosity about the universe beyond our world. It was a stellar day of learning our students won’t soon forget!
