Bretton Woods students had a fantastic start to the year! From learning new routines to reconnecting with friends, laughter and curiosity filled the building all week, making the first days back both exciting and memorable. The positive energy from the kids mirrored the joy and enthusiasm shared by the teachers, setting the tone for a wonderful school year ahead.
To celebrate this wonderful first week of school, kindergarten teachers Christine O’Shaughnessy and Kris Drago surprised their colleagues with a delightful treat cart. Filled with refreshing Creamsicles (a blend of ice cream and zesty orange soda) and classic Root Beer Floats, the cart brought a sweet burst of fun to the building.
They rolled the cart through every corner, sharing not only treats but encouraging words that were even sweeter than the refreshments themselves. Their cheerful gesture was a perfect reminder that everyone had not only navigated the first week and crushed it, but could now “float” into a well-deserved weekend!
