Hauppauge-Smithtown Girls Varsity Swimming & Diving Team Captures 4th Consecutive League 1 Championship!

Congratulations to the Hauppauge-Smithtown girls varsity swimming & diving team. Yesterday they captured their 4th consecutive League 1 Championship!

The top swimmers for Hauppauge were:

Avery Wilcox placed 2nd in the 200 and 500-yard freestyle.

Mary Schroeder placed 3rd in the 200-yard individual medley and 5th in the 100-yard breaststroke.

Hailey Wilcox placed 4th in the 100-yard freestyle, 5th in the 200-yard freestyle, and was part of the 1st place 400 freestyle relay.
 
Rowan Ashby placed 4th in the 500 freestyle relay.
 
Hauppauge-Smithtown finished with 396 points, Half Hollow-Kings Park was 2nd with 283 points.
 
They are now on to the Suffolk County Championship on November 4th to defend their county title. Great job girls!
