HAUPPAUGE CELEBRATES STUDENTS AWARDED WITH ACADEMIC HONORS FROM COLLEGE BOARD NATIONAL RECOGNITION PROGRAMS
Six students at Hauppauge High School earned academic honors from the College Board National Recognition Programs. These programs celebrate high-performing students and showcase their strong academic performance. To earn this honor, students must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher, and perform outstandingly on the PSAT/NMSQT®, PSAT™ 10, and/or AP® Exams. These honors are an opportunity for students to share their strong academic achievements with colleges and scholarship programs that are seeking to recruit diverse talent. Congratulations to the following students who received the National Hispanic Recognition Award: Sara Conquet, Chase Filipe, Brian Lopez, and Anthony Rodriguez. Congratulations to Gabrielle Jean-Fils on receiving the National African-American Recognition Award and congratulations to Jack McCarthy who received the National African American Recognition Award, National Hispanic Recognition Award, and the National Indigenous Award.
