KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2023-2024

The Hauppauge School District offers a full-day kindergarten program.  Those students who will reach their 5th birthday on or before December 1, 2023, are eligible to be registered.

Registration applications can be requested online beginning January 9, 2023.

To begin, please complete the three short forms below.  Once all three forms have been submitted, you will receive an email with further instructions and the link needed to begin the registration application.

*If your child(ren) is/are currently enrolled in Hauppauge’s UPK Program, the forms below still need to be completed.*

Please understand that our goal is for you to be able to register your student completely online; however, we reserve the right to request original documents to be mailed/dropped off/shown in person, upon request.  We thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Further information regarding your child’s Kindergarten program will be received from the school building as we get closer to the 2023-24 school year.
