Dr. Bilski serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Pupil Personnel Services for Hauppauge Public Schools. In this role, Dr. Bilski oversees the district’s Special Education, Guidance, and English as a New Language (ENL) departments, ensuring that all programs meet the diverse academic, social, and emotional needs of students. She also serves as the district’s homeschool coordinator and homeless liaison, providing critical support to families and students facing unique challenges.

Dr. Bilski is committed to maintaining high standards of learning and instruction, leading initiatives that enhance Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL). By collaborating with educators, mental health professionals, and families, she works to create a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers all students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Her leadership focuses on implementing innovative strategies that promote student well-being, engagement, and success while fostering a culture of equity, access, and opportunity. Dr. Bilski strives to strengthen partnerships with families and the community to ensure every child has access to rigorous and meaningful learning experiences that help them reach their full potential.
