Encourage and empower students to meet their full potential by providing access to varied programs, curricula, educational tools and learning experiences. Foster students' social and emotional well-being so they may effectively navigate our ever-changing complex world to find success in both work and in life.

Create partnerships and opportunities for student, parent and community collaboration focused on a culture of learning, belonging and pride within the Hauppauge School District.

Goal 2.2 | Campus and Network Safety

Ensure the safety and security of our campuses by hiring skilled security personnel, implementing recognized best practices, and investing in state-of-the-art technologies. Utilize network security systems, monitoring tools and backup procedures along with end-user professional development to mitigate the potential of a cybersecurity breach.

Goal 2.3 | Fiscal Responsibility

Facilitate a transparent budget process focused on long-term financial goals aligned to district priorities. Strategically invest public funds in support of student resources, campus facilities, athletic fields, district security and employee development.
