  • 2018 Valedictorian

    Valedictorian Erin Fan  

    Erin Fan finished first in her class to become the Valedictorian for the Hauppauge High School graduating class of 2018.  Erin plans on attending the University of Hong Kong in September where she will study Statistics.    

    While at Hauppauge High School, Erin was a member of the Hauppauge High School Chapter of the National Honor Society, the Tri-M Honor Society, the National Art Honor Society, DECA, and the Ethics Bowl. 

    Ms. Fan is a National Merit Scholarship Semi-Finalist.  Fan was selected from the Hauppauge High School Class of 2018 joining approximately 16,000 Semifinalists in the 63rd annual National Merit Scholarship Program. These academically talented high school senior semifinalists represent less than one percent of all United States high school seniors.

  • 2018 Salutatorian

    Salutatorian Andrew Crecca

    Andrew Crecca will be attending University of Notre Dame this fall.  He plans to study Biology where he looks to pursue a career in research or medicine. 

    While at Hauppauge High School, Andrew was a member of the National Honor Society, the National Science Honor Society, the Spanish Honor Society, the Ignition Program, National Helpers, and the Drama Club.  During his high school years, Andrew also ran on the Cross-Country Team and Winter Track. 

    Recently, Mr. Crecca placed 4th in the nation at the National History Day Award Ceremony along with David Fresolone, Lucas Field, Francesco DiFloria, and Vincent Gerardi.  Additionally, these students also received the top outstanding entry in the Senior Division for New York State.
