Personnel and Administration

  • The Office of Personnel and Administration is responsible for recruitment, selection, appointment, developing, and promotion of all district employees with the goal of maintaining a dynamic and efficient staff committed to providing outstanding education programs.

    The Assistant Superintendent for Personnel and Administration works with district administrators to evaluate the personnel of the district, monitor demographics and forecast the need for staff replacements and additions. District policies, state and federal regulations, and contractual requirements guide decisions regarding personnel in the district.
