My name is Mrs. Brady.  I have been teaching at Pines Elementary School for the past twenty one years. I have taught remedial reading to students in grades K-5 through various forms of instruction.

*Master's Degree- Literacy (K-12)

The mission of the Hauppauge Elementary Reading Department is to provide the opportunity for our students to become readers, writers and lifelong learners in a safe, nurturing environment guided by the principles of Balanced Literacy and aligned with the New York State Standards. By using a variety of genres, it our goal to prepare all students to comprehend and analyze complex text and develop a love of literacy.
