This Spring the 3rd graders learned about the life cycle of a butterfly. The students were able to take butterfly eggs and watch as they transformed from egg to caterpillar to chrysalis and finally to beautiful butterflies. On the last day of school the students and teachers went outside and released the butterflies. What a great way to start summer break! CLICK the headline to view the photo gallery.
There wasn't a dry eye in the house as former Bretton Woods students came back to walk the halls one last time. The graduates wore their caps and gowns and marched to "Pomp and Circumstance" as they waved hello to students and staff. Congratulations and Best Wishes to the Class of 2019! You have made Bretton Woods very proud!! CLICK on the title to view gallery.

Fourth Grade students from Bretton Woods took part in an energy conservation show from PSE&G and The National Theatre for Children called “The Conservation Caper.” This fantastic show taught students about natural resources, conservation of energy and how we can all do our part to protect the planet!! Families are encouraged to sign up for their own free energy efficiency kits by going to PSEGLIenergykit.org and using code PSEGLI1819.
