Global History and Geography is a two-year comprehensive course, ending with a State Regents Examination in June of 2017. Global History II begins with a review of the French Revolution and ends with current events, 2017. The Unifying Themes of the class are aligned with the Common Core Curriculum and New York State Standards. Continuing throughout the course is the focus on geography and its impact on the everyday lives of the people as well as its impact over time. Students are responsible for Global History I curriculum and will be asked to draw upon that knowledge in making connections to the Global History II curriculum.
